I Wear These Every Day - Even in Snow.

    Size Purchased: 38

Read this first: I'm a size 8 to 8.5 in women's footwear, but I wear a 38 in this shoe, and it's the perfect fit.

Simply put... I'm obsessed with these sandals. For many years I was a Rainbow Sandal addict, but after hearing a ton of good things about Birkenstocks I decided to make the switch.

I use these for everything from mild climbing approach shoes to "going out shoes," and they're the most versatile, comfortable sandals I own.

If you need a new pair of sandals, look no further.

  • Fit:True to size

These shoes fit true to size and are so so comfy. The color of these makes them look nicer than some other Birkenstocks so they can be dressed up a little more. Definitely worth the price!

Good for the feet!

These are my first pair of Birkenstocks. I would compare the foot bed to my Chacos. They have that ergonomic feel to them. I wear an 8/8.5 and got the 39, they fit alright. I wish they made half sizes. The 38s are too small and the 39 is just a tiny bit roomy. Other than the sizing I have been enjoying these shoes so far. They are comfy and casual enough for everyday wear!

I am in love with my new birks. They are so comfortable and look so cute! The loop around the toe is a great addition. Wear them everywhere all the time. They are a very supportive shoe and are great for all uses! I usually wear a 8/8.5 in US sizes and purchased the size 39 in the euro sizes.

Got for my wife. She loves them?style, color etc., As she does all her birkenstocks (this might be her 4th pair). Couple things to keep in mind with Birkenstocks in general if you?re not familiar?for both my wife and I, shoe size does not translate to Birkenstock size directly?in going from US to Euro sizing and then to proper/comfortable fit for birkenstocks, we end up with a size or two smaller in birkenstocks than we anticipated (ie. 9US is approx. 42 Euro but need something smaller in Birks). For both of us, Birkenstocks were uncomfortable/borderline painful the first few times we wore them (years ago now). Foot needs to get use to the toe bridge and arch support (or perhaps the footbed breaks in a little?). On long term care?I tossed my first pair of birks after sole and cork were wore out/tore up?I?ve since learned they can be rebuilt/replaced by appropriate shoe menders and I?ve been able to find them relatively easily in a couple communities across the USA so far.
