I haven't started using it yet but have tested it and find no leakage from the lid. The only thing I feel uncomfortable is the seamed lining especially it's made in China because I have heard and have experienced so many negative things made in China.

Works good without leakage from cap. Plastic screw top is great for winter- no sticking of lips in cold weather. The only drawback is that the mouth opening is not a standard size and will not fit my water filter system.

i bought this for hiking, and for work. i like the stainless steel instead of plastic. at the beach the other day my friends poured out my water and added bourbon. after washing it out you cant really tell, so bonus, works for a flask too. woo hoo.
