It's barely officially fall, but there was already a light dusting of snow on the distant mountaintops at dawn; time to pull out the Billabong Women's October Beanie. This lightweight, slouchy-fit beanie features a jumble of knit patterns that offers plenty of textural variety that will wake up any dark, sleepy morning.

Not so warm, but pretty

This hat isn't as warm as I would have liked. It definitely fits like a beanie - the French version - without the type of support the photo seems to depict and it slides down my forehead. But, it is pretty and was a good price. If you have a lot of hair, it's probably a good pick for you.
