With critical seams taped, the Billabong Varsity Jacket keeps water out in places most likely to let water in. Billabong built the shell out of recycled wool for warmth and mini canvas for durability. A Bong Fit gives a longer length for extra coverage that won't inhibit mobility.
The Varsity also features zippers at each underarm for ventilated airflow, and the powder skirt is adjustable for proper coverage. The jacket-to-pant interface connects to compatible ski pants, and there are multiple pockets for ski passes, goggles, and electronics.
