This particular item is for the bug screen that attaches to the car tarp. It will not work as a free standing tent, nor will the car tarp as it only has two poles (the other side attaches to your luggage rack). It would work as a sunshade/lean-to if so desired.

The legs adjust from 60"-78" so measure your roof rack to the ground for the height. Also, that would be for the Twin butte car tarp; this is merely the bug screen that attaches to that tarp (sold separately).
