Is this compatible with any other tents? Seems like its possible and there aren't alot of tent manufacturers who make add on vestibules. I had reliability issues with big agnes and while they had great support, it didn't change the fact that my tent pole broke...twice!

If I understand your question correctly, yes, you can close all three sides to keep the vestibule weather resistant (not weatherproof because there is no floor). The photo shows the vestibule with the door open, but you can close it.
