    Light and bright.

The Big Agnes Copper Spur UL 3 mtnGlo Tent brings LED lighting to the backcountry. Patent-pending mtnGlo tent light technology brightens the interior evenly so you don't have to play cards or sort gear with one glaring beam hanging up top. You can power the LED lighting by any USB power source, and the included controller requires AAA batteries.

Big Agnes built the Copper Spur UL 3 mtnGlo Tent's body out of burly-and-light ripstop fabric, and it made the fly and floor out of fully taped, PU-coated fabric for reliable, long-lasting weather protection. Large mesh panels offer sufficient ventilation in summer's warmer weather, and two doors, two vestibules, and multiple pockets offer complete camping convenience.

    Great tent, lights are magical

Bought this for a trip with the girls to Yosemite. My daughter called them fairy lights and demanded to sleep in my tent every night. Moreover, in the crowded upper pine campground it was easy to find my tent amongst all the others.

      Cooper spur 3 man tent

I have the 2 & the 3 man copper tents And the one man fly creek tent from big Agnes. yes I have and use all 3 tents. If your like me and want the outdoors life of hiking and motorcycling for both short and long trips your gonna need some love on this $$$. If I had to choose just one tent I take the cooper spur 3 because the tents are rated one dive smaller thank it really is and yes their bad ass

        Super Light!

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This tent is a great backpacking tent because of how light weight it is. We had more than enough room to fit 2 people, a dog and all of our gear. Very easy to set up and take down. The MtnGlo is a plus and useful. All in all, great tent if you are wanting a lightweight 3 person.

        Ultralight tent

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This particular tent is very easy to setup and takedown and was easy to pack when compressed in a stuff sack. We weren't sure how the MtnGLO lights were going to go for us and at this point I'd say they are useful but not necessary. The tent is small for three adults (more like 2+) and you'll need to leave almost everything else outside. The vestibule is too small to be practical or protective so don't count on that. We did have a fair amount of condensation on the inside although at a high altitude in a dry climate, which was a surprise, even though the side vents were open. Last comment is the corner pockets, they are nice to stuff small items in for easy reach in the dark (bear spray, headlamp, camera, etc).
