The Bellwether Element Women's Long-Sleeve Jersey is just that: an elemental piece, simple in design, advanced in function, and ready to keep the chill off of you this winter.

The Element jersey is Bellwether's warmest long-sleeve jersey, something you can wear when you don't want to throw on a jacket, but where your average long-sleeve jersey won't cut it. It's made of a tightly-knit thermal fabric called Micro-Loft that insulates very well but also allows your skin to breathe so you don't sweat too much and get that clammy feeling inside the jersey. The Element's got clever touches like reflective details for nighttime visibility, an offset zipper, so the top of it doesn’t irritate your mouth and nose, and the outer two of the three rear cargo pockets are angled for easy access.
