sweet pants, poor fit.

It's incredibly difficult to find work pants in 28X32. I bought these because some reviews say they fit smaller than carhartts. In 28x32 they fit the same; baggy. Big in the thighs and legs. Which I think is a real shame because the pants are really well built with an excellent design. Could just be my size.
for reference: I'm 5'7 - 120 and wear my pants at my belly button.
