Great trail running shoes, not good for long distances on pavement since there isn't much cushion. Extremely light weight and like most Sportivas they have a wider toe box and a narrow heel to fit a woman's foot shape. To me these run a bit big, as did my last pair of La Sportivas but that just might be me.
