squeeze all day

These fit well in your hands and work alot of muscle in the fingers but i just wish they were a little harder to squeeze ... i take it to class and work but i find its hard to get really pumped off this, but its something more than nothing and it helps keep consistant on the wall. All and all it dose what it says it dose.
