Unfortunately I ran into this problem with the vest style purchased elsewhere...ordered a small and it's closer to a medium or large. I just bought another at the local mall, size small, and fits like a glove. I tried to shrink the other one in warm/hot water and dryer, but unlike cotton this didn't work. Great product of course, just disappointed in the varying sizes

They say it is cut trim for easy layering - underneath a ski jacket...huh? What's the deal on the size?
