great skirt, size down

I am pretty solidly a medium: I wear a 6 but often go for an 8 to get more length. I bought this in a medium and probably should have gotten a small: it just fits a little big in the waist and the drawstring is not cute "drawn" under a shirt. Just looks like you bought a skirt that was too big. I love the skirt, super cute in the blue and stays dry!
