Very nice, I like you

So far I really like this light..Im really surprised at how far LED technology has come over the years...just a few years ago if you wanted something this bright (actually brighter) you had to go with HID technology. My Light and Motion HID set up with 6hr lithium ion rechargeable battery was about a $700 set up, which I used for cycling mostly. I could ride full speed on my road bike or mtn bike with that set up. The Princeton tec headlamp isnt quite as bright but is very bright none the less. This is the first headlamp I've seen with LED technology where I would feel safe cycling at night. I'm more of a backpacker than a cyclist these days from old nagging injuries, but if I would ride my bike at night with this light it will most certainly work great while walking through the woods at night!

Update....this light does kick ass but the one thing I hate is how fast the batteries go, then automatically go to low beam when they get low. I just back from a quick 3 day backpacking trip and was a little frustrated how quick the batteries went on high beam, then once it "automatically" resorts to low it takes forever to run them out. I want high beam until the batteries are dead, not 2hrs of high beam then 3 days worth of low beam! Also DO NOT buy lithium batteries on your way out the door because they tend to range between $14-16 bucks just for 2. If you choose to go with this light I highly suggest buying a dozen Surefire lithium batteries from their website for $22-23 bucks, much much cheaper then getting bent over the counter at your local drugstore or grocery store. But other that this light is great!
