Very good bar (and I've tried most)
As a long time gymrat, I've been downing protein bars since the early days of the concept. Builder bars taste really good, imho. I'm also a hypoglycemic so I have to watch the carbohydrate sources that I eat, and Builder bars do indeed give me some carbs without the insulin spike and resulting crash. That being said, for all you non-hypoglycemics, this means you can expect a steady release of energy from this bar. I eat them with an apple when I need some extra carbs, and some low fat string cheese when I need to bump up the protein.
