Very Good Meal
My wife and I ate this meal the first night of a 5 day kayak/camping trip. It was the first time we had the Chili Mac meal but it won't be the last. We had it with one of those small lunch roll packs of Ritz crackers and some sharp cheddar cheese we wrapped in vinegar soaked cheese cloth to keep it fresh when out of the fridge. I used boiling water, 15 ounces instead of 16 (don't like runny food), thoroughly stirred the contents, then allowed it to cool while I worked around the camp. It was perfect. Very filling, I can't imagine still being hungry after eating this meal.
