I was really psyched with the rack and installed it with minimal effort. The real effort came when I tried to put my bike on the car and promptly dropped it off my roof twice! I have a Subaru Impreza so the drop actually didn't do any damage to my bike, but the roof of my car did not fair as well.

I took off one of the spacers and it leveled out the rack and since then loading and off loading has been much easier.

I do love the rack and the fact I do not have to take off my front wheel.
