Honestly I have only used this on one trip. I spent five nighs on the AT with this puppy. Super light, nice cushion between me and the ground. I was cold but I took too light of a sleeping bag. I roll around a lot during the night so some mornings I would wake up beside the pad, the slick sleeping bag didn't help much either. It does what it says. I would recommend it.

In the Winter I use a bivy inside the tent. I put the air pad and this one in the bivy. It keeps them from sliding. Now that I have modern synthetic bag, I will put all in the bivy since condensation will not be a problem.
