Shoulder straps are terrible

This backpack is a nice looking backpack...I wish there were more compartments built into this pack. Also the side water holders are very difficult to reach when the pack on your back. The major con I have with this Crestone 75 is the comfort of the shoulder straps...I could never get the adjustment correct on them...I have worn many packs in my time but this one is not comfortable at all to me... A pack should not be hurting your shoulders only 6 miles into a long hike. I am going to return this product and find another pack with more options built into the pack....
