This may be a nice jacket but I'll never know. I ordered the jacket three days ago, received it today and realized it was labeled with two different sizes and was too small. I had several conversations with Backcountry on line and on the telephone and was advised to send the mislabeled one back and order another one. The price had jumped up so I called customer service. The best they would do to correct their mistake was offer me a 15% discount from the full website price, more that twice what I paid for the mislabeled one I got. How is this "100 % satisfaction guaranteed"? I'm unlikely to do business with Backcountry again.
