Haven't skied with the jacket...yet. I'm 6 ft & 170 lbs, wear a size 43-44 suit jacket, dress shirts with a 35" sleeve, and pants with a 33-34 waist. Ordered a M & L because I was unsure of fit. Going with the L, because although the M fit better in the waist, it was a little too tight across the shoulders with a Polartec Powerstretch base layer and a 200 wt fleece vest on underneath. Sleeve length on the L is on the long side, but imho long is way better than short.
