I have only 5 months on this rope while climbing 4 days per month and the sheath is already looking more beat up than my Infinity 9.5mm. Same crag, same users, many of the same routes. Will probably look at Beal or Sterling next.

No offense intended but I wouldn't call that a defect in the rope's manufacturing...it looks like the rope took a shot from a falling rock or got whipped over an edge. Any rope would end up looking like that in the same situation.
