Have used it for biking recently and the angle is really good. I like the perspective and seeing more arms/knees/bars over the headmount any day. Harness is very well constructed and easy to wear under another pack.

If you are riding a bike, flip the clip so the camera is upside down - you can get the right angle much better that way. Otherwise you are just shooting the toptube all day.
