Native Customer No Service

Frames are junk. Customer no service will not help. Forget it if you have a problem. Sent a pair of broken frames back over a month ago (for the third time) they charged my card and still no frames. No one will respond to my email. Finally got a phone number the person said oh well there is nothing I can do. Well there is something I can do take my buisness elsewhere take my advise stay away from NATIVE.

I've had at least three pairs of Nano's and have loved them until they've broken. A couple times it was for no apparent reason, too. However, for $30 Native has always sent me a new pair with lenses. But the last time, they sent me a new model because the Nano's had been discontinued. I hope Backcountry really has some because they are really great wraparounds. Don't understand anyone having a problem with returns. Great lenses, excellent service!
