He's lucky, because I bought the first pair for myself and loved them. After he saw me being so happy with these he wanted a pair as well. So I got him the 3/4 length ones and he is just as stoked about it as I am.

The size is true. In other words, if you usually wear an XL you want to get the XL. These are tight and that's the way these are supposed to be. Also, when you pull them up, pull them from the bottom, not on the waistband.
