My favorite for Bikram hot yoga! Fit nice and snug, holding all my "excess" in nicely. I am 5'9" and fit 155. The medium fits fine. I usually wear a medium in Athleta, and a 8-10 in lulu stuff, if that helps. I love Prana though! Stylish, comfortable, quality goods!
