I got this dress as a gift from my mom, she had it sent right to me. I love the dress, it fit great and was so comfortable. When I received the dress there was a small hole in the front of it. I called the customer services department right way and with in minutes they had emailed a return UPS shipping label and resent a new dress. Got it within a few days. Great services and a great dress.
