Looks sharp, but...

For a simple insulated zip-up hooded jacket, this works. It is aesthetically appealing and has sherpa-inspired insulation in the torso and hood (but not in the sleeves). The problem with this is the cut. I have a 43-inch chest and average-sized arms. Backcountry.com recommends a large for me based on my measurements, but it's snug around the chest when full zipped (with only a t-shirt on underneath) and tight in the bicep area. I recommend this as something to wear out in the yard or on quick trips around town. Avoid this if you are looking for something loose-fitting and comfortable to wear in the house or for functionality (unless you are of average build). Size up if you are built like me.

I took this advice and upsized to XL (Usually I'm L). Great fit and super comfortable for cold mornings in the house / camping.
