Light for tubless wears well

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have not had it too long but it seems to be wearing much better than my kenda or maxis. It grips ok. It does well on small loose rocks or dry conditions. I like the Kenda Nedvagal better. I am runing the TNT tubless and its pretty light. But seems small for a 2.3. I would rather take the weight penalty and ride the Kenda. This is a good tire between xc and all moutain. But if you want more xc I would go with the geax (saguaro sp). In a 2.3 feels light and fast. I am running it on a 25lb 5.5 travel Blur lt.

I use the saguaro's 2.2 and they are great on CO dirt single tracks and such. I run mine with about 35lbs though. At least the last time i checked...hardly ever have to touch tubeless except to refill them with the leak stuff once a year. On a related question: I really wander whats the best setup for tubeless...I like my Scadmium Rythem Bonager rims and GEAX saguaro's....but wander if they are pretty close to as good as it gets or is there anything "noticeably" better? I really dont think so...

I am running these wheels. Easton Haven Carbon Wheel - 26in. Very nice wheel.
