I've gone on several rides since switching over to tubeless wheels on my mountain bike at the beginning of September. I don't know if this has sealed punctures for me before this weekend, but I do know that I haven't had any flats since making the switch. I pulled 4 goatheads out of my front tire after rolling my bike through camp this past weekend. Each of the punctures sealed immediately and I was still able to go on a big ride afterward with no issues. I'm very pleased so far.
