I love Prana and I loved these shorts but the fitting was just a little funky. I'm 5'7" and normaly a size 8 in Prana but these are sized S,M,L I tried the M and they were ultra saggy baggy. I liked that they were just pull on with no buttons or zippers but unter the weight of a harness with gear I wanted them a little tighter. The S fit better but suddenly the legs were fitted all the way to my knees. If only they fit me like they did the girl in the photo. The fabric was nice and would have been perfect for climbing. Lots of give and stretch but still resistant to wear and tear and protecting your skin.

I'm the girl in the photo (with the camera) I'm surprised they were so baggy. You must be smaller around the middle. I'm 5'7 and probably 135-140 in that photo. I love these shorts but they do vary on occasion as to the fit. I have four pairs and each of them fit slightly different. Try them again. The easy pull on and completely adjustable waist with draw-string is fantastic. Also the length is a real plus for those of us over 30....(cough, I mean 40).

Try them again! Wash like dream, comfortable, durable and flattering (I hope).
