I've had this fleece for over a year and basically don't take it off during winter. It's without question the softest and most comfortable fleece I've ever worn. Great gift for a girlfriend or family member.
I strongly recommend sizing up. I am 5'4"/125 lbs/34B with a narrow torso, and I always wear XS or S in Patagonia clothing/jackets. However, I found that the small was too snug, as I wanted this fleece for lounging and preferred more of a sweatshirt-like fit. I got a medium and it fits perfectly with a long sleeve layer underneath, not at all too baggy.
