I will make the small disclaimer that I bought the men's version on account of the junk in my trunk, but they are same shorts just sized different for male vs female (so I won't talk about fit, just features).

Fabric is really durable, seems like they will hold up well in the event of a crash, and I already got them caked in mud and washed cleaned. I love the front and back zip vents. The lower zip pockets are placed perfectly for access while you are on the bike (they seemed like a weird angle when I was standing up at first, but quickly realized how genius they were when I started pedaling. One of the pockets has a sunglass/goggle cloth as well. It's great that they have the adjustable tabs on the side and not the awful elastic-diaper-butt of so many other mtb baggie shorts (seriously, who wears those?!) I just wish they had a bigger size range for the ladies.
