Great watch, poor band design

I bought this watch 6 years ago and love it. It's multi-functional, light-weight and rugged. The only issue is the band design. You cannot sell a watch of this quality with a watchband that hinges on a few pins. The newer models have gone titanium and that's great, but this model still has a simple multi-pin watchband. If those pins give way--easy to do when you are using a watch like this as you should be--you better have a quick eye or you'll be watchless...
