Wow these are yummy! I could probably eat them every meal of the day if I needed that type of caloric intake!
I have found the two perfect times to use these. The first is about an hour before a workout or a race. This is the time when I don't want to eat something that is too heavy or will cause me to cramp, but I know I'm going to need a lot of energy.
The other time is right after a workout. This is the time when I've exerted all of my energy and I need something to refill with. They are huge! Sometimes I won't even eat it all.
