I was in the market for a down sleeping bag that would keep me warm without wiping out my funds. Unfortunately all the nice, high quality bags are usually hundreds of dollars. Then I spotted this bag. It's been reviewed by backpacker magazine so after reading that I went ahead and got it (for about $110). It's 550 fill down so it's not AS lofty or thick feeling as some of my friends high end bags but it definitely gets the job done. I took it backpacking above Chilnualna Falls in Yosemite and was comfortable even when the temperature dipped slightly below 20F overnight.
Overall I would say this is a great bag if you want something that will keep you warm and is relatively cheap, but if you really want to get a bag that is a high quality investment or think you may run into some colder temperatures then go ahead and save up for something else.
