Good for extreme cold
- Gender: Male
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I use this stuff for snowboarding, I wore it on a bluebird day with temps between 30 and 35. I was clammier than I'd like to be in this stuff. I don't think it wicks moisture that well, and it doesn't breathe that well either, so you don't evaporate as much as with other tech fabrics. It's still a lot better than cotton, and it's definitely warmer than any of my other baselayers. But I think this is going to be my emergency set, and only make the starting lineup if it's 20 degrees and storming.
