I'm 6'4'' 196 and this is the erfect soft shell for me. I have the large and the sleeves are the perfect length without the bulk of having to wear an XL. If you're tall but slender in the middle with long arms this is great.

My husband is tall with long arms but I hate buying him an XL because he has an athletic (but slender) build. Thanks for this review...it was very helpful.
