- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Never owned snowshoes before, but I have borrowed my brother's and they were way too wide. The narrow fit is fantastic and I can really move now. Usually go through a steep area of property that goes from flat to big inclines. Going down I had awesome traction while my friend was sliding. Up hill the televator really does relieve and prevent fatigue in your calves and legs. Bindings were easy to secure and stayed secure, which was something I was always adjusting on my borrowed pair. My only concern is that the webbing material frayed on the edges after only a few treks. It does not look like it is getting worse but for the price you would think that would not be an issue. I was in very deep snow so I do not believe that I was stepping on rocks or sticks that could have caused the damage.
