I've owned my suunto core for about 5 years. Its made numerous trips skiing and logging vert. All which seems to be done very accuratly. Looks awesome and gets a lot of compliments. I replace the battery on average about once every 5 to 6 months and have only had one strap break in the 5 years, and the only part that broke was the little piece that holds the strap from flapping around. If this one ever breaks from the abuse I put it through, I'd buy another ASAP.
