I bought these mittens for my son to play at school in the snow. All the reviews I read said they were great, and warm. They definitely have a great fleece lining which I do love, and they are easy to put on. They are easy for my son to pick things up while playing ...however, they get sooo WET sooo fast. He can only play in the snow for a few minutes..and they take forever to dry. I feel sorry for him everyday I pick him up....and for $40 I would expect more. I had to buy another paid of $50 gloves that actually do keep him warm and dry. I expect more from Patagonia.
