This was a good bag at first. Its very reasonably priced for a down bag. I used it several nights at around 25 or 27 degrees and it was pretty chilly, so I'm not sure the 20 degree rating is accurate. Its lightweight and packs down quite small, so you'll have no trouble getting it into the bottom of your pack. I ended up returning it because some of the seams around the footbox started to leak down anytime I would unpack or pack it. I don't know if this is normal or not, as I've never used any other Kelty bags. Its good for the price but don't expect to be comfortable at 20 degrees.
