I ordered this in a size Med (typically wear b/t a small and medium in tops, size 6 pants. Fits nicely with a tank underneath, but tight if you wanted to wear a SS or LS shirt under. I would size up if you want to wear a full shirt underneath. The fabric is super cozy, washes well and makes a great layering piece with a vest.
