Big Agnes in Colorado: Late May

Great Tent, highly recommend for 4-season Tent. Spent a week in Colorado with Four guys in the tent, pitched it in a Basin for a week. Withstood 75+ mph winds with all anchors buttoned down. Didn't test it in the rain yet, but was warm at below 30 Temps and + 75 mph winds. Only draw back is that it doesn't come with a conventional stuff sack, which is not a problem because you split the tent up between people any ways.

Dose it come with a Foot print?

Responded on

Typically, most tents come with their footprint sold separately

It does not come with a footprint, it is sold separately.

This tent's ability to stand up to the wind and rain sounds great. We are headed to AK next year for 3 months as we are kayaking (in tandem) the inside passage from Skagway to Ketchikan. We know we need a tent that withstand the wind and rain...sound like this one is it. Our only concern will be the possibility of find big enough camping spots...oh well, will deal with that.
