Best Energy Block Out There

I love taking 1 of these before a 1/2 marathon and 1 half way through. They give you just enough of a pick-me-up that you feel good, and not jittery. Great for bike rides, ski days, where you really push it. I've only tried the caffeinated blocks, but would like to try the other kinds for less intense activities.
