This is one of a few product items that will deliver. I have two mediums for my boys who are under 10 yrs old. the pillows accompany us on every camping or car trip. They love them. I found for me as a male adult that a large would be more appropriate due to the thickness so I recently ordered one. For tent camping, the medium fits perfectly into their Big Agnes wolverine sleeping bags and same for my Marmot. Always allow the pillow to fully "inflat" before using.
