I'm kicking myself for not getting this pack sooner. I usually hate wearing hydration packs when mountain biking since I do not like the added weight on my back and they seem to slide around. This Osprey pack does not bother me one bit. The shoulder straps on this pack are comfortable and the lower harness takes the weight off your shoulders while keeping the pack from moving to your chest on technical descents. The best part about the pack is the size for me - It is perfect. I can stow everything I need for a ride - extra tube, multitool, pump, food, gels, camera, extra jersey - easily in the pockets without cramming it all in. The helmet mount is slick. I don't use it much, but when I do it sure is nice to have and easy to use. The bladder on this pack had a stiff flat side to prevent the dreaded water sausage in your pack - probably one of the best features. The bladder also is easy to remove and fill with water and ice. Cleaning the bladder is a bit more difficult than my Hyrdrapak that I could turn inside out, but the features of this pack far outseed that only flaw. The hose is long and I thought about cutting it at first, but really works well with the magnet on the end. Get this pack, you will not regret it!
