This is a great climbing shoe. Generally, I am lazy and won't go with lace ups, but for some reason when buying these I opted for the lace version and I prefer it. It has a bit more cozy of a feel throughout because of that instead of the velcro. I've been using these exclusively for bouldering and sport climbing for the past four months and I've loved them. They are still holding up quite nicely as well!
