this is for attaching specifically to the better bottle. not for hydration bladders.

If the charm does not use the quick connect system it could. All camelbaks use 1/4" ID tubing so if you removed the bottle attachment (blue piece) you could hook it up to your hydration bladder, though the tube length is only 31"
