Write your question here...I'd like to use these in training for ultramarathons. I'm 5'4" -- what size should I get?
Make a fist and hold it above the ground so your elbow is at 90 degrees and your forearm is parallel with the ground. Measure the distance between your fist and the ground and you'll have an idea of which size range you fall into...but I'd guess you'd be a small.
